Manav Sthali Shikshan Santha, Nagpur organised unique "SATSANG" an Industrial
Motivation talk of Journalist, Shri Sharad Borkar, at Meeramar Residency Hall, Meeramar Beach, Panaji, Goa In which representatives of various Govt. offices took their active part.

All to gether in 1 hour and 30 minutes Mr. Borkar spoke on the various subjects right from devi-devatas to the Film industries and from chori-chapati to the end of divine concept and minimum need of the man.

His topics were Govt. institutions, Public Secctor and the one or two biographical
characters from the books to narrate his stories on the great men to give a example for it . He started his speech from Narendra Datto and ended it when he became complete Swami Vivekanand and his journey right from student to saint. In it Mr. Borkar gave so many
characters a dramitic one but touchable throughout the session. He compare the third class journey of Swami Vivakanand Nand from India to Cikango and his problem of poor condition to have a place to sleep at night after his session.


Speaker Mr. Borkar's concentration was all the way on Govt. business and on IAS/IPS officers and his central subject topics were on Industrial aspect. His characters were Soichiro Honda and Henry Ford who are the pioneers in automobile industries. He said if one made a positive thought then he can achieve it. But one should understand the new scale in which left side of Zero there is minus one, two and three ... and at the right side there are plus one,two,three and so on. If you are on the positive side you ought to be winner in the life. And if you made your negative thought to live then it keels you. He told a mechanic boy Soichiro Honda could able to made a fastest vehicle in the world but he never ever one any race in his life.

Right from epic stories to journalism, history to science he were scaling his characters in between in his SATSANG stories which were all to gether different in its presentation. No lough but all the way more than one and half hour Mr. Borkar narreted dozens of heart beating characters throughout his session.

He narrated the episode of young Durga Khote and the second part of her life when she played a role of Mother in Mugale Azam picture as Maharani-Jodhbai.The one time actor Helan, Aruna Irani, Manoj Kumar and Kapoor family were the the devoted actors he said and used to teach from the episodes.But he told that one times known picture as Navtanki these people could able to make it a Film Industry and for that rerason Nehru gave two consequents terms membership to Kapoor. But again it became Navtanki, he narrated. While just looking on screen the part played by Manoj Kumar one use to get an imotion of becoming an poet artist of Akashwani he said and he gave his own experience for the same.
Mr. Borkars talk all together were different in its characters. He played two dramatist roles one about Durga Khote and second one was of a child who at the risk of his loosing game being asked to give a Glass of water. He differentiate from the same glass of water and its action when it is being served by the son, daughter, wife, mother-maa and from the waiter in Five star Hotels.
